When you register an account on csbola, you agree to the terms set out here. Account eligibility and registration

We require that all csbola users provide accurate personal information during signup. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and resident in a region where our service is permitted. We conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification once per account—this means we compare your name, phone number, and email against government identity records and payment-method registrations. If your account details do not match the name on your DANA, e-wallet, or bank account, we may hold your deposit for manual review.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that fail verification, provide false information, or breach these terms. Account suspension is typically permanent if fraud is suspected.

Deposits and payment methods

csbola accepts deposits via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and direct bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment). Each deposit is verified against your registered account name. If you send funds from a payment method registered to a different name, the deposit enters a hold period—typically 24 hours on weekdays—while we confirm your identity. We do not charge deposit fees. All costs are disclosed upfront before you confirm payment. If a deposit fails (e.g., insufficient funds, network error), csbola does not retain the transaction, and funds return to your payment method within five business days.

Withdrawals and account security

To withdraw from csbola, you must request funds from your account balance. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method you register in your account settings. We review all withdrawal requests within one business day. If your withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold or matches a flagged transaction pattern, we may request additional documentation.

Policy

These terms are binding once you create a csbola account. We enforce them consistently across all users and jurisdictions—whether you access csbola from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, the same rules apply.

csbola reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of csbola after the notice period means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account and withdraw remaining funds before the change date.

These terms, along with our privacy policy and account rules, form the complete agreement between you and csbola. If any term is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms continue to apply. csbola is not liable for losses resulting from your breach of these terms, unauthorized access to your account, or use of csbola outside supported jurisdictions.
